ローチケのメルマガに好きなジャンル（こども、アートとか）を登録していますが、ある日、「CAT ART展」のお知らせが届きました。カワイイ猫だなあ、と思いましたが、ヤマモトシューさんも存じ上げず、（観に行こうかな～、どうしようかな～）と迷いました。

しかし、このCATART展がアプリを使ったVR展ということが分かると、「いま見よう！」と思いました。それがアプリの気軽なところですよね♡ しかし、engageというアプリの使い方もよくわからなかったですし、おまけに途中で他のアバターの人に声をかけられるというオモロイ体験もしたので、記事にしてみます♡本日の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは、いま開催中のCATART展です。

CATARTオンライン展は、シューヤマモトさんのCATART展のオンライン版です。シューヤマモトさんは私は知らなかったのですが、1948年生まれのアメリカ在住の日本を代表するアーティストの方です。特に、フェルメールなどの有名画家の作品を猫モチーフで描いたCATART展は代表作となっています。

私は小学生のはっちゃんと家でCATART展を見ようと思い、ローチケからクレジットカード決済で799円のチケットを購入しました。799円てすごい中途半端ｗ 購入画面にはたくさん注意書きが書いてあり、「ENGAGE」というアプリが必要なこと、通信環境が必要なことなどがいろいろ書かれてありました。もし環境が整わない場合は、799円がムダになってしまうのでWiFiとまあまあ最近のスマホかタブレットかPCは必要です。

通常の美術館だと、一度館内に入って出るとチケットは無効か、当日のみ再入場が可能です。しかし、このCATART展は2022年の3月31日まで実施中であり（アプリ内で）、一度シリアルコードをローチケから購入すると、何度でも視聴が可能です。なんて太っ腹！
なので、私はまだENGAGEアプリの操作がよくわからず全ての展示を見ていないので、また電車の中とかでCATARTオンライン展を見てみようと思います♪

私はとりあえずスマホとタブレットの両方にENGAGEアプリを落としました。両方Androidですが視聴できます。もちろんiPhoneでも大丈夫です。普通にGooglePlayで「ENGAGE」って検索したら、出てきました。ENGAGEアプリは英語表記です。最初にユーザー登録が必要で、私はついつい本名＆本当の性別・女性で登録しちまいました。このENGAGEアプリですが、同時に複数の端末で観ようとするとログアウトされてしまいます。また、アプリから少し離れてgmailを見てまたアプリに戻ると、すぐにログアウトされてしまいました。その点だけ、少々面倒だと感じました。

私とはっちゃんは、しばらく美術館の中を探検しました。私より子供の方が慣れるの早いっす、悔しいですが。隣の部屋にいくには、虹色のブラックホールみたいのをタップすると移動できることや、絵画の付近に貼られた金色の札みたいなのをタップすると猫がしゃべりだすなど、次々と仕掛けを見破っていくのです。

そんな中、私たちに「こんにちは～」と日本語で話しかけてくるおじさんアバターがいました。台湾人のmarchさんです。私は少し警戒していましたが、はっちゃんは「こんにちは～♡」と小学２年生らしさを全開にして、ついて行ってしまいました。（これが現実世界だったら、知らないおっさんについていくなよ！）とか思いましたが、ここはVRなので何も問題なく。

ENGAGEアプリの右上にマイクのマークがありますが、そうやらそれを押すと中にいるアバターさんと会話できるようです。バリバリ中国語が聞こえてきて、日本人はいないようです。でも、リアルに中にいる人の数は３４０人くらいと書かれているので、全世界でＣＡＴＡＲＴオンライン展は公開されているのかな？中国人とか台湾人に比べ、やはり日本はＩＴ遅いのかもしれないですね～；ツイッター一応見たけど、VR美術館は全然話題になってなかったです。
この台湾人の方はどうやらCATART展の関係者の方らしく、私たち日本人に館内をただ親切に案内してくれました。そして、その後わが娘のはっちゃんは「台湾、行きたい♡」と、早くも台湾の方の魅力に取りつかれていました。これが普通の東京の美術館なら、出会いってないよね～。だから、やはり海外って面白いよね。私ははっちゃんがデジタル×英語が得意になり、世界中を「ちょっと行ってきます」って感じに楽しくわたり歩ける未来になればいいなと、思います♪ではでは！
