There are roughly three main theaters in the New National Theatre, a middle theater for ballet, a theater for opera and a small theater. Annie was performed in the middle theater in this. The stage is very close to the audience, so I think that it’s a theater that has a different atmosphere than other theaters because you can watch the theater in a familiar atmosphere.
Before lunch, we were drinking rice balls and barley tea in front of the New National Theater where the stones were placed. Rice balls and barley tea in such a fashionable place…! I usually have a water bottle everywhere, and I’m 43 years old, far from fashion.
