こんにちは♡ 6月なので、蛍が見たい季節となりました。東京で蛍を見られる場所があるか、鬼のように怖い形相で探していましたら、なんと、足立区生物館では昼間から蛍が見られるとのこと。

ビバ！足立区生物館！！この忙しい毎日に、蛍のきらめきを、、！と思い、子供のはっちゃんに「先週はあなたの好きな場所行った。今週はママにつきあってよ」と、強引に足立区生物館につれていきましたw というわけで、本日の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは、足立区の生物館です。

東京で蛍を見る。50年前なら別に誰でもできたことかもしれませんが、いまは椿山荘の高いコース料理を食べるか、八王子の方までいくか、またはこの足立区生物館へ行くか、の3択しか無い気がします。（当ブログ調べ）我が家にとって最もお手軽なのは、この足立区生物館です。

足立区生物館は東京都足立区保木間にある、元淵江公園の一角にある体験型のいきものパークです。開館は1993年です。てっきり足立区が運営・管理しているのかと思いきや、公式ホームページを見ると㈱自然教育センターという民間企業が代表企業になっておりました。
Adachi Park of Living Things is an experience-based living thing park located in the corner of Motofuchie Park in Hokima, Adachi-ku, Tokyo.
こちらは単なる見るだけの博物館ではなく、ヤギやカンガルー（！）への餌やりやうらがわ探検ツアー、ちびっこプログラムなど、多彩なイベントを積極的に開催している、こどもが楽しめる施設です。対象年齢は2.3歳～小6くらいまで楽しそう～♡ と思いました。あ、もちろん大人も楽しめます。料金はおとな：300円、小中学生：150円と非常にリーズナブルで子育て世代は特に助かります！年パスが大人：1200円なんて、タダみたいな値段ですよね～。ちなみに、月曜日は基本的におやすみです。

さて、足立区生物園の最寄り駅は東武伊勢崎線の竹ノ塚駅です。で、竹ノ塚駅から徒歩20分です、、。徒歩20分って今日び、結構な距離ですよねえ。小さなこども連れやベビーカーの場合、竹ノ塚駅からの徒歩はキツイと思います。で、バスなら東武バスで竹ノ塚駅東口と東京メトロ千代田線の綾瀬駅西口とつくばエクスプレスの六町駅と、全部で3箇所から利用できます。
竹ノ塚駅から歩くのはきついのでバスで行こう

By the way, the nearest station to Adachi Park of Living Things is Takenotsuka Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line. So, it’s a 20-minute walk from Takenotsuka station. By bus, you can take the Tobu Bus from the east exit of Takenotsuka Station, the west exit of Ayase Station on the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line, and Rokucho Station on the Tsukuba Express.
今回、わたしたちは竹ノ塚駅東口でおり、バスで生物館に行くことにしました。駅を降りたら、バスロータリーがありますが、まっすぐ歩いて奥の右手のバス停にいきます。
バスの行き先は「花畑団地行き」です。念のため、バスの運転手さんに「保木間一丁目にはいきますか？」と尋ねると、確実です。バス停は竹ノ塚駅から全部で4個あります。
The destination of the bus is “To Hanahata housing complex”. Just in case, ask the bus driver, “Would you like to go to Hokima 1-chome?” There are 4 bus stops in total from Takenotsuka Station.
保木間一丁目で降りて進行方向から見て左に進みます
Get off at Hokima 1-chome and proceed to the left when viewed from the direction of travel
保木間一丁目でバス停を降りたら、いったん竹ノ塚方面に道なりにもどり、右折してセリアやサンドラッグが入った建物の左手をまっすぐ歩きました。このまま奥に進むと、足立区生物園へ到着します。（途中で1箇所右折しますが）

私は非常に朝起きるのが苦手なんですが（夜中にブログ書いてるので）；そのせいで、今回、足立区生物園に到着したのはまさかの14時半、、！蛍鑑賞会の始まる30分前です。で、受付の方に「もう蛍の整理券はない、、ですよねえ？」と尋ねますと、「はい、そうですねえ、、。」という答えが返ってきました。うそ！うちからは行きづらくて2回も乗り換えたのに～；
I’m not very good at getting up in the morning (because I’m writing a blog in the middle of the night); that’s why I arrived at the Adachi Park of Living Things at 14:30! It is 30 minutes before the firefly appreciation party starts. Then, when I asked the receptionist, “I don’t have a firefly numbered ticket anymore, right?”, The answer was “Yes, that’s right …”. lie! It was hard to get to from our house, so I changed trains twice ~;
でも、各回15人限定だし、蛍だし（？）、もっと気合いれて朝7時に家をでる！みたいな感じじゃないと、蛍はみれないんだね～。勉強になりました。でもでも、まだこちらの蛍の会は7月第一週くらいまでやってるので、次回に期待！です。
足立区生物園の滞在時間てどのくらいがベスト？
How long is the best time to stay at Adachi Park of Living Things?
足立区生物園の平均的な滞在時間って、どのくらいなのでしょうか。うちの場合、約2時間でした。1階には水槽や猫ちゃんやリスザルみたいなおサルさんや、リクガメや蝶のさなぎなど、めちゃくちゃ沢山生物がいるんですよね。それらをざっと見るだけでも、20分くらいはかかりました。
What is the average staying time at Adachi Park of Living Things? In our case, it was about 2 hours. On the first floor, there are a lot of creatures such as aquariums, monkeys like cats and squirrel monkeys, tortoises and butterfly pupae. It took about 20 minutes just to take a quick look at them.
で、2階にいって餌やりタイムです。1回の餌やりにつき、スコップ1杯の干し草などをいただけて、100円です。これが子供がはまりまして、3回くらいやりましたよね～。それで、グッズみたい！まま、グッズ見ようよ、となりまして。まま、クレープ食べたい、ってなりまして。2階のテラスで休憩して。また生き物みて、外のオーストラリアのブースでカンガルーさんみて、って感じで。休みいれながら見ると、結構料金の割には長くいれる施設だな～と思います。
足立区生物園の公式ページをみると、生き物を通じて「いのちの尊さ」を知ってほしいという趣旨が載っていました。たしかに、ここにいるとポケモンの世界にいるように感じました。動物同士はめちゃくちゃ種類が違うよね、、と。人間はたしかに生物と国籍とか違うけど、生物にくらべたらそんなに差はないわけで、、。でも、地球上で共存するのはたいへんだよね、考え方が違いすぎて、とか、いろいろ考えるきっかけになりました。（むしろ子供より私のほうが生物館にハマってるような、、）

あと、こちらの生物館はグッズにめちゃくちゃチカラをいれてらっしゃいます。リーズナブルで欲しくなる商品がたくさんありました！蛍鑑賞会に参加できなかったわたしは、暗闇で光る蛍トートバッグ600円を購入しましたよ～。ではまた！ご覧いただき、誠にありがとうございました。
