急遽、ホテル「エンブレムフロー」から歩いて行ける強羅公園内の「箱根クラフトハウス」に行ったのです。そんなわけで、本日の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは箱根クラフトハウスです。

箱根クラフトハウスの最寄り駅は箱根登山鉄道「強羅」駅（徒歩10分）または箱根登山鉄道ケーブルカー「公園下」駅（徒歩1分）です。強羅駅は箱根彫刻の森駅から１つ目。バスの場合は観光施設めぐりバス「強羅公園」下車すぐです。
私はケーブルカーがあることを知らず（⇒箱根に行くのめちゃくちゃ久々だったのよ、、）、坂道を上るのが真夏だったので「無理！」と思い、タクシーで行ってしまいました。（⇒強羅駅からタクシーに乗るなんて近すぎだよ、と運転手さんに笑われました、、。いいじゃん。）
The nearest station to Hakone Craft House is Hakone Tozan Railway “Gora” station (10 minutes walk) or Hakone Tozan Railway cable car “Koen-Shimo” station (1 minute walk). By bus, get off at the tourist facility tour bus “Gora Park”. 強羅公園への入場料は大人が550円で小学生以下は無料です。箱根フリーパスをお持ちの方は無料です。箱根クラフトハウスに入る場合も、この入場の支払は必須です。営業時間は９時～１７時まで（不定休）。中には花が咲き乱れていたり噴水もあるので、公園を散策すること自体もとっても楽しそうです♡

強羅公園と言えば「花」というイメージがあるのですが、中ではお茶体験や吹きガラス体験、とんぼ玉体験などさまざまな体験ができます。箱根クラフトハウスは強羅公園の正面入り口から入って階段を上がりすぐ左側にありました。私は安く済ませようと「じゃらん」遊び予約で箱根クラフトハウスのページを前日に見たのですが、じゃらんで予約すると少し安くなってました。でも、予約が満席になってました。
なので、当日試しに行ってみました。

そういうことだったのか。私たちは帰りのロマンスカーの時間が決まっていたので、今さら他の場所に移動することもできないので、そのままクラウトハウスでポタリー（絵付け）をすることにしました。今回はケチって子供だけに体験させました。（クーポンは探したんですが、じゃらん遊び予約以外は見つけられませんでした。）次回は私もやりたいわ、、！
