こんにちは♡ 先日、ほぼ平日まるまる家から出られないときがありまして。子がコロナの濃厚接触者になったので。それで、やっと家にこもった日々が終わったので「やった~！どっか行こう！」ということで、近場ですぐ行ける板橋天然温泉・スパディオに初めて行ってきました。
For the first time, I went to Itabashi Natural Hot Spring Spadio, which can be reached nearby.
とても楽しかったので、混雑度や割引があるのかなど、東京の小学生とともに、レポートしま～す！
It was a lot of fun, so I will report on the degree of congestion and whether there are discounts with elementary school students in Tokyo!

How to get to Itabashi Onsen Spadio by bus
板橋区民の心のオアシス♡ 板橋天然温泉「スパディオ」への最寄り駅は、都営三田線の板橋本町駅です。赤羽付近にはですね、いくつかスーパー温泉があるのですが。このスパディオはママ友さんに「すっごい豪華でびっくりしたよ～」と言われたので、前から行ってみたかったッス。
Itabashi Ward’s Heart Oasis ♡ The nearest station to Itabashi Natural Hot Spring “Spadio” is Itabashi Honcho Station on the Toei Mita Line.
しかし、観光地じゃない東京の良い場所って、地元民以外は行きづらいですよね。板橋本町駅からが徒歩8分で、あとは同じく三田線の本蓮沼駅からも同じくらいかな、、。
うちは赤羽駅から出ているバスで行きましたが、最寄りバス停（清水町）から暗闇の中15分くらい歩きました。
じゃあ昼にいきゃいいんんですが、スパディオは昼と夜の値段が全然違うので、わざわざ夜にいったのです；（せこい、、！）
A good place in Tokyo, which is not a tourist destination, is hard to reach except for locals.
でもでも、東武東上線のときわ台駅と都営三田線の西台駅からは、ご覧のように1時間に1本、無料送迎バスがあるんですね。いいですね。温泉のあとは、がっつりあるきたくないですよね～。
However, as you can see, there is a free shuttle bus from Tokiwadai Station on the Tobu-Tojo Line and Nishidai Station on the Toei Mita Line, one per hour. Sounds good. After the hot spring, you don’t want to have a solid body.

Itabashi Onsen Spadio is vacant and comfortable on weekday nights
さあ、着きました。どうやら2階か3階建てくらいまである、広くて立派な建物のようです。中にレストランもあるようで、一日まったりできそうですよね♡（わたしはケチって夜に来ましたが、、）
I’ve arrived. Apparently, it looks like a large and splendid building with up to 2 or 3 floors. There seems to be a restaurant inside, so it seems like you can relax for a day ♡ (I came at night, but …)
わたしたちは行った日は、2022年5月の木曜日の夕方です。2階にあがると、受付のおばさんが2名いらっしゃり、説明と受付をしてくれました。何回か来るなら、回数券のほうが安いそうです。夜18時以降にくると、スパディオはかなり安くなります。
The day we went was Thursday evening, May 2022. When I went up to the 2nd floor, two aunts from the reception came to explain and accept. If you come several times, the coupon ticket is cheaper.
If you come at night, adults will be 1,420 yen (usually 2,260 yen) and children will be 880 yen! (Normal: 1,420 yen) ♡
館内は、ロビーまでは撮影できますが、ロッカーなどはもちろん撮影不可（当たり前じゃ！）。なので雰囲気をお伝えできずに残念ですが、露天があり、中のお湯も3種類くらいありました。特に嬉しいのが、肩や腰にきくバブルバスみたいなのが充実していたことですね、、。もう、家でパソコンばかり触ってるので、万年体がバキバキのおばちゃんには助かります。
You can shoot up to the lobby in the hall, but of course you can’t shoot lockers (it’s natural!). So I’m sorry I couldn’t tell you the atmosphere, but there was an open air and there were about 3 kinds of hot water inside. I’m particularly happy that there was a lot of bubble baths on my shoulders and hips. I’m just touching my computer at home, so it’s helpful for my aunt who has a perennial body.
板橋スパディオの平日の雰囲気は、常連さんて感じです。ひとりでフラっと立ち寄る人多し。子連れはうちと、もう1組くらいしかいませんでした。あとは若い女子の2人組です。スパディオのシャンプーや化粧水は、ポーラのちょっとよいやつだったんで、嬉しくなりました♡
The atmosphere of Itabashi Spadio on weekdays is like a regular customer. There are many shoulders that stop by alone. There was only one more pair with us with children. The rest is a duo of young girls. Spadio’s shampoo and lotion were a little good for Paula, so I was happy ♡
お風呂あとはアイス＆食事処「あさ凪」がお待ちです！
After the bath, the ice cream and restaurant “Asanagi” is waiting for you!
スパディオでお風呂を堪能したあとは、ご飯です！2階には、お蕎麦と直送鮮魚の「あさ凪」がありました。
わたしたちは夕飯を食べてきちゃったんで、テレビの前の席でまったりと「赤羽のGAKT」という人物を特集するテレビを見てました、、。いや、めっちゃ近くに住んでますんで！
After enjoying the bath at Spadio, it’s time to eat! On the 2nd floor, there was “Asanagi”, a soba noodle and fresh fish sent directly.
わたしがテレビにかじりついているとき、子供のはっちゃんは「ママアイス食べたい～」と言いました。お風呂のあとのアイス、いいよね～。もう帰るの面倒になってきちゃった。でも、明日から学校もあるし、わたしも仕事あるんだよな、、。なんで働くの週5なんだ。全国民週4にして、給料据え置きであとはロボットにおまかせを、にしてほしい。。（以上、妄想です）
When I was biting on the TV, my kid, Hatchan, said, “I want to eat mommy ice cream.” Ice cream after the bath is nice ~. I’m getting tired of going home.
It is a shop where you can order light meals, desserts, and drinks. You can pay with the wristband on your wrist.

スパディオのクーポンはこちらのページにあります！大人2,320円が1,890円になるので、450円安くなる計算です。これでアイス買えますね♡ あとは、トク買いというサイトの会員になると（月額300円くらい）、これまた1,890円で入館できます。クーポンがあっても、最大の値引きは1,890円までみたいですね～。（昼間から行く場合は）

割引ですが、まずは前述したように、夜18時以降に入館するとかなり安いです。あとは、毎週水曜日はレディースデーで、割引のかわりにチケットが配布され、集めると割引やマッサージなどの特典がもらえます。
It’s a spadio discount, but as mentioned above, it’s quite cheap if you enter after 6 pm. After that, every Wednesday is Ladies’ Day, tickets are distributed instead of discounts, and if you collect them, you can get benefits such as discounts and massages.

あとは土日と平日でスパディオが料金が違うので、平日で休めるのであれば平日のほうがやすいです。近くの方は回数券を買うのもおすすめです。

After that, the price of Spadio is different on Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays, so if you can rest on weekdays, it is easier on weekdays. It is also recommended to buy coupon tickets for those nearby.
いつもは銭湯にいっているのですが、やはり大きいお風呂はいいですね～♪本格的に旅行いくよりお手軽ですし。ぜひまた行きたいです。体は元気じゃないとね～。
