川口駅からバスで25分とGoogleマップには書かれてあったので、全部で一時間もかからないでしょう。こないだ蒲田のタイヤ公園に行ってぶりだわ♡ 初めて行く大型公園！というわけで、本日の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは、川口グリーンセンターです。

ネットで川口グリーンセンターについて調べている時は、わんぱく広場ってどこからどこまで？と、イマイチ分かりませんでした。現地に来てみると、わんぱく広場とはミニ鉄道列車で走り回ったまさにあの内側の部分全体を言うのですね。いいなあと思ったのは、軽く半日は遊べそうなところ。芝生があるのでお昼を持参すればランチもいけますし、幼児さん向けの遊具・小学生低学年向けの遊具・高学年でも楽しめそうな遊具、と幅広い年齢層のお子さんが楽しめると思います。

川口グリーンセンターのわんぱく広場で面白かった遊具をご紹介しましょう。１つ目はこの「展望すべり台」。これ、３階建てくらいのチューブ型すべり台なのですが、滑る時に座布団を敷いてすべると、まるでディズニーのスペースマウンテンのように内部に星のデコレーションがあるんですよ。

ついついここで、子供たちは走りたくなるようです。私も例のごとく、「ママ、鬼ごっこしよ！」と誘われましたが、３歳くらいの子も普通にその辺にいますので、「え～、危ないよ、人が少ない場所でやろ。」と言いました。（がたいが割とでかいので、ぶつかったら大変なことになりそうです；）ここで、娘は同じく小学２年生の男子に「ねえ、あそぼ」と誘われていましたｗ二人で遊んでくれたらいいのですが、私を間に挟んで遊ぶので、ちょっとだけ面倒です。
