月に１回、滝野川でこどもが和太鼓の練習に通っています。その帰りによく行くのが、滝野川公園です。滝野川体育館の目の前で、上中里駅からも遠くなく、大きなアスレチックがあります♡

最近では、北区滝野川は漫画・鬼滅の刃の胡蝶しのぶのふるさとと言うではありませんか、、！！そんな訳で、本日の「東京の小学生のおでかけ！」のテーマは東京北区の滝野川公園です。

滝野川公園のアスレチックには①丸太んぼうがグラグラ揺れる吊り橋、②ロープを持って斜めの壁をよじ登るロッククライミング、③丸太を組み合わせてできた櫓（やぐら）、④網のロッククライミングなどが組み合わさっています。アスレチックは1~2歳の子単独では難しそうですが、親御さんと一緒や3歳以降であれば十分楽しめると思います♡（⇒４４歳の私も楽しいです、、！！）

滝野川公園に来ると、私は必ず「ママ～！！鬼ごっこしよ！！」と娘のはっちゃんに言われます。２年前くらいまでは、「うん！！♡♡（キラキラ）」と全力で応えていたのですが、最近は「え～、ママ。お腹減ってるし、、」と、なんだか全力で応えられなくなってしまいました；これぞ、高齢出産の呪縛、、。しかも一人っ子で遊び相手がいないので、私が死ぬ気で遊ばないといけないんです、、！（⇒でも、慣れてきましたけどね）
Whenever I come to Takinogawa Park, my daughter, Hatchan, always tells me, “Mom! Until about two years ago, I used to say “Yeah !! ♡♡ (glitter)” with all my might, but recently I can’t say “Eh, mom. I’m hungry.” I’ve done it; this is the curse of advanced maternal age. Moreover, since I am an only child and have no playmates, I have to play with the intention of dying! (⇒ But I’m getting used to it)

滝野川公園の住所は東京都北区西ケ原２丁目１−８です。位置的には、滝野川体育館の目の前です。
The address of Takinogawa Park is 2-1-8 Nishigahara, Kita-ku, Tokyo. Positionally, it is right in front of the Takinogawa Gymnasium.
滝野川公園の最寄り駅は２つあります。１つ目はJR京浜東北線の「上中里駅」です。改札は１つしかありません。（駅前にはいこい上中里店という、信じられないくらい安いのんべえの聖地的立ち飲み屋さんがあります♡↓以下記事の下の方にも書かせてもらってます）

私は上中里駅からしか、滝野川公園に行ったことがありません。駅を出て左に進み坂を上ると、右手に「平塚神社」が見えてきます。私はショートカットで平塚神社の脇にある階段を上り、そのまま右に進み、神社の中を突っ切って滝野川公園に行っています。（⇒もちろんお参りもしますですよ～！！）

２つ目の最寄り駅は、東京メトロ南北線「西ヶ原駅」です。出口は１番です。滝野川公園には「東京都北区防災センター（地震の科学館）https://www.city.kita.tokyo.jp/bosaikiki/bosai-bohan/bosai/shobosho/kagaku/index.html」も隣接していて、西ケ原駅からだと自身の科学館にも近くて良いですね♡
The second nearest station is “Nishigahara Station” on the Tokyo Metro Namboku Line. The exit is number 1. The Kita-ku, Tokyo Disaster Prevention Center (Earthquake Science Museum) is also adjacent to Takinogawa Park, and it’s good to be close to your own science museum from Nishigahara Station ♡

滝野川公園は広い公園です。形は横というか縦というか、一見どこまでが滝野川公園なのか分からない風体をしています。滝野川体育館を出ると上記の画像になるのですが、滝野川会館の目の前のレンガでできた道路ではスケボーをしている子供たちがよくいます。（⇒ちょうどやりやすい長さなんだろうね！）

滝野川公園は茂みが多い公園です。メインのアスレチックがある公園の周りは樹木で覆われており、滑り台の裏は小高い丘になっているので、かくれんぼするのに最適です。隠れていると、ちょうどテニスコートを見下ろす格好になります。ほどよく隠れる場所が多いのが、滝野川公園の特徴かな（⇒何その解説ｗｗ）

滝野川公園の遺跡とは？近くにトイレもあります

滝野川公園の入り口にある石畳と遺跡群はちょっと珍しいです。これはかくれんぼのために置いてるんじゃなくて（⇒当たり前だよ！）、ネット検索したら「御殿前遺跡」（ごてんまえいせき）という、東京都北区の指定文化財でした。先土器時代から近世にわたる遺跡とのことで、びっくり仰天です！！北区って飛鳥山公園も歴史が深いし、渋沢栄一がキテるし、何気に歴史にいろいろ特徴のある区なんだね～！と改めて思いました。

疲れた～、ちょっと休憩したい～、というママパパさんは、もう少し歩くと「ココフル」というイイ感じのカフェがありますよ♡本格サンドイッチランチと美味しいケーキが評判の、地元の人気カフェです。

ココフルはいつも人が並んでいる印象の人気店です。ケーキは大きくて、１個500円以上と、銀座コージーコーナーより高いです；ランチは新鮮な野菜たっぷりで美味しいです♡私はメニューの読み方がよくわからず、節約で「単品にしてください」とレジで伝えましたがセットが来てしまいました。「単品でお願いしました」とお姉さんに言うと、「単品の方が高くなります」と電卓で計算を見せてもらい、結局そのままセットを頂きました。味・雰囲気が◎なので、初めての注文をされる方はよくメニューを見て質問をしてから決めた方が良いと思いました！
Cocofulu is a popular shop with the impression that people are always lined up. The cake is big, 500 yen or more per piece, which is more expensive than the Ginza Cozy Corner; lunch is delicious with plenty of fresh vegetables ♡ I do not understand how to read the menu, so save money and say “Please make it a single item” at the cash register I told you, but the set has arrived. When I said to my sister, “I asked for a single item,” she said, “The single item will be more expensive,” and she showed me the calculation with a calculator, and in the end I received the set as it was. The taste and atmosphere are ◎, so if you are ordering for the first time, I think it is better to look at the menu and ask questions before deciding!
