東京スカイツリーは、長年東京のシンボルとして君臨していた「東京タワー」に次ぐ２番目のタワーとして、２０１２年２月より開業しました。もうオープンから７年も経過しているんですね！早い；

今回の「東京の小学生とおでかけ」のテーマは、東京スカイツリーです。

私は英会話スクールで働いていたため、外国人の方に抵抗がありません。むしろ、Welcomeです♡で、ある日うちのポストに「付近の高校で留学生を受け入れるため、お宅もホストファミリーになりませんか？」というチラシが入っておりました。もちろん、すぐ申込！！そして、留学生、我が家へ来る！そんな感じで、留学生の高校のない日、家族で東京スカイツリーに行くことにしました。

Since I worked at an English conversation school, I have no resistance for foreigners. Rather, it’s Welcome♡, and one day, in a post, there was a leaflet saying “Will your home become a host family so you can accept international students at a high school nearby?” Of course, apply immediately! !! And He, come to my house! That’s why I decided to go to Tokyo Sky tree with my family on the day when He wasn’t in high school.

東京スカイツリーは東京タワーの２倍弱の高さ！イルミネーションの意味とは？

東京スカイツリーは美しいフォルムの光が印象的な高さ634mのタワーです。東京タワーは高さ333mなので、およそ２倍弱も高さが違うということですね。

また、非常に近代的な外見なのにも関わらず、東京スカイツリーの光のネーミングは江戸時代を意識したものとなっています。いまは何でも横文字ですが（ソーシャルディスタンスとか）、日本語自体が進化したらカッコイイだろうな～、と思います。

う～ん！美しいですね～！この景色を見ながら、バーで一杯やりたいですなあｗ

The Tokyo Sky Tree is a tower with a height of 634m, where the light of a beautiful form is impressive. The height of Tokyo Tower is 333m, so it means that the height is about twice as different.

Also, despite the very modern appearance, the naming of the lights on the Tokyo Sky Tree is conscious of the Edo period. Right now everything is in horizontal characters (like social distance), but I think it would be cool if the Japanese language itself evolved.

東武伊勢崎線⇒東京スカイツリーラインへ！なぜにネーミングを変えた？！

Tobu Isesaki Line ⇒ To Tokyo Sky Tree Line! Why did you change the naming? !!

余談ですが、東京スカイツリーの開業に伴い、長年「東武伊勢崎線」として親しまれていた鉄道が「東武スカイツリーライン・伊勢崎線」という名前に変更になっております。

東京都浅草から群馬県伊勢崎までの路線なので、スカイツリーを入れたのでしょうか。鉄道の駅名が「高輪ゲートウェイ駅」みたいに、またまた横文字が増えていますね～！

As an aside, the railway that was long known as the “Tobu Isesaki Line” for many years with the opening of the Tokyo Skytree was named “Tobu Skytree Line/Isesaki Line”. Has been changed to.It’s a route from Asakusa, Tokyo to Isesaki, Gunma, so I wonder if Sky Tree was put in. The number of horizontal letters is increasing again, like the railway station name “Takanawa Gateway Station”!

展望台に到着！結構混んでいました（２０１７年現在）子供が気に入ったものは？

展望台に着きましたが、曇でした。天気が悪い場合、タワー系のおでかけの魅力は半減ですね；しかし、はっちゃんは「東京スカイツリースコープ」を楽しみました。

東京スカイツリー^®VRは、東京スカイツリー天望デッキ フロア350に設置した専用の簡易型ヘッドマウントディスプレイを着装していただくことによって、360度全方向を見渡しながら、まるでその場にいるような迫力ある３Ｄ空間映像をお楽しみいただけるサービスです。

東京スカイツリースコープとは、視界不良時にのみ貸してもらえるVR（ヴァーチャル・リアリティ）らしいです。何か機械みたいなもの触るの、子供は大好きですよね。

I arrived at the observatory but it was cloudy. When the weather is bad, the attractiveness of going out towers is half; however, Hatchan enjoyed the “Tokyo Skytree Scope”.

Tokyo Sky Tree Scope seems to be a VR (Virtual Reality) that can be lent only when the visibility is poor. Kids love to touch something like a machine.

東京スカイツリーで子連れって子供は楽しめるかな？

Is it fun for children to bring their children to Tokyo Sky Tree?

タワーの上に登る楽しさですが、あまり幼児は気にしていないように感じます。大人は数字のすごさや景色の楽しみ方を知っているので「おお～！」と感動しますが、子供からしたらとりあえず大人についていくだけ、という感じではないでしょうか。

せめて晴天の日の絶景を見せたかったのですが、この日はあいにく曇；そんな日は、東京スカイツリーでやっている子供向けのイベントに行ったり、併設のすみだ水族館に行ったりすると良いでしょうね。

It’s fun to climb up the tower, but it feels like little toddlers care about. Adults are impressed with “Oh~!” because they know how to enjoy the numbers and how to enjoy the scenery, but I think it’s a feeling that children just keep up with adults for the time being.

I wanted to show the view on a clear day at least, but unfortunately it was cloudy on that day; on that day, I would recommend going to an event for children at the Tokyo Sky Tree or going to the Sumida Aquarium. Right.

初めてホストファミリーになって、今ならいろいろもっと段取り良く肩ひじ張らずにできたと反省点があります。でも、１回目から完璧は難しい。はっちゃんが３歳だったのに、わたし、よくやったよ、と思います。

一緒に銭湯に行ったこと、カラオケにいったこと、回転ずしにいったこと、いろいろ話したこと。私は全部楽しかったです。もう会うことはないかもしれないけど、とりあえず、英語話せてよかった。また、生活に余裕が出たら英語を使う生活がしたいな～！

I think that I became a host family for the first time and now I can do various things better and without shoulder strain. However, perfection is difficult from the first time. Even though Hatchan was 3 years old, I think I did well.I went to a public bath together, went to karaoke, went to sushi roll, and talked about various things. I enjoyed everything. I may not see him again, but for the time being, I’m glad I could speak English. Also, if I have more time to live, I want to live in English!
