①上野動物園（上野）

Children love Ueno Zoo! !!
東京の子連れおでかけ・遊び場所として鉄板なのが、ココ、上野動物園です。なんたってパンダさんがいる♡（双子ちゃん出産、おめでとうございます～！！）安い。(大人600円、小学生まで無料）教育にも良し。子供がぐずろうが騒ごうが、全く気にする必要なし！と、親が連れて行きやすい要素をすべて満たしています。（あとは家からあまり遠くなければ最高ですね、、）私はいちいち入場券を買うのに列に並びたくないため、年パス（2400円）を購入して行っています。
～お楽しみポイント～上野公園にはお弁当を持っていくのもGood！（真夏以外）。とても広いので、お目当ての動物を決めてから行くと、無駄に疲れません。

(Adults 600 yen, free for elementary school students) Good for education. Children make noise, but you don’t have to worry about it at all! And, it meets all the elements that parents can easily take. (The rest is great if it’s not too far from home, isn’t it?) I don’t want to line up to buy admission tickets, so I buy an annual pass(2400yen）.

コロナ禍では、事前予約が必ず必要になります。他の記事にも書きましたが、上野動物園の予約は割と時間にうるさく、５分遅刻くらいでも入れなくなるので、気を付けましょう。また、入場時には身分証明書の提示も必要なので、要注意です。

子供とのおでかけ情報サイト（いこ～よ）で見かけた足立区の公園です。なんじゃこりゃ！と、見かけた瞬間にトリコになってしまいました。でも、私の周辺でこの公園についてギャーギャー言っているのは、私だけですｗ鬼がいる、という事以外は、いたって普通の公園で、良い公園です。

③飛鳥山公園（北区王子）

女優・倍賞千恵子さんのナレーションが楽しめる「アルカルゴ」（無料）で上れる、JR京浜東北線・王子駅徒歩すぐの飛鳥山公園です。桜の名所としても知られていますし、電車好きのお子さんのパパの聖地（？！）としても知られています。SLや飛鳥山博物館、トイレ、自販機など施設も充実♡遊具も多いので、お昼を持っていけば半日以上は飽きずに遊べると思います。
～お楽しみポイント～普通の公園なのですが、なにせ飛鳥「山」なので立体感があります。公園に着くまでに自然たっぷりな遊歩道を歩きますし、演奏の練習をしている大人や水遊びをする子供など、様々な年代の人が集まっているのも魅力的です。

子供と言えば、アスレチックですよね。平和島のアスレチックは料金も安いし、幼児さん向けの遊び場も完備しています。とにかくアスレチックの数が多いので、本気でコンプリートしようとしたら丸一日かかるでしょう。大人の方でも一緒にアスレチックを楽しんでいる人をたくさん見かけました。近所に「トンデミ」もありますが、料金が安いのと子供らしいので、私はこちらが好きです♡
～お楽しみポイント～「今日はどっぷり家族サービスするぞ！」「今日はどっぷりアスレチックをするわ！」という気分の時、ぜひ行ってみてください♡着替えはあった方がいいです。お腹が減った時のおやつや水筒もあると良いでしょう。

⑤皇居外苑（千代田区）

Before Corona, I participated in a “walking party” with elderly people in Kita Ward.
皇居外苑は東京メトロ・二重橋駅前から徒歩圏内の、広くて風情ある大きな公園のような歴史的建造物です。まあ、普通は皇居外苑で子供と遊ばない？とは思うのですが、コロナ前には週末に子供と楽しめる無料のレンタサイクルがありました。広い場所なので、ボールやバトミントンを楽しみ、あとは東京駅でランチやキャラクターストリートを楽しむのも、良いコースだと思います♡

Kokyo Gaien is a large, quaint, park-like historic building within walking distance of Tokyo Metro Double Bridge Station. Well, why don’t you usually play with your kids at Kokyo Gaien? ⑥木場公園
Kiba Park
2020年夏に「KIBACO」という公園併設のカフェができた、話題の公園です。東京都現代美術館の隣にある、大きな公園ですね。最寄り駅は東京メトロ東西線の木場駅です。池袋のイケサン・パークもカフェ併設ですし、こういうキチっと区画・整備された都市計画の中の公園って、今後は増えていくんでしょうね。住宅街にあるショボい公園とのギャップがすごいです、、。カフェがあると、連れて行く親としてはオニギリとか忘れてもなんとかなるし、ないよりはあった方が助かります♡
～お楽しみポイント～お子さんによっては、遊具がないと面白くない年齢や性格ってあると思います。木場公園に遊具があるゾーンは地図内にある「北の冒険広場」と「南の冒険広場」です。それ以外は割と芝生で広々としています。

川崎に行く途中で車窓から見える「なんだあれ！」の公園、と言えば、分かる方もいらっしゃるのではないでしょうか。そう、有名な大田区のタイヤ公園です。タイヤってめちゃくちゃポテンシャルのある遊具なんですよね。鉄棒の下に置けば、上に乗って転がして遊べますし。昭和生まれの私も小学校の時はタイヤでよく遊びましたので、古き良い「昭和」を感じる、東京らしい、大好きな公園です。小学校までのお子さんも全学年できっと楽しめると思います。（高学年はタイヤを椅子代わりにしてゲームするだけだけど）

⑧自然動物園（江戸川区）

東京メトロ東西線「西葛西」駅から徒歩１０～１５分くらいかな？公園の隣接するこじんまりとした動物園があります。でも、レッサーパンダもいますし、行けば十分楽しめるのです。こういう動物園がなくならないでほしい～。上野動物園とかは動物の種類が多いですが、歩くの疲れちゃうし途中からイライラしちゃんで；お隣の公園は広くて、ザリガニ釣りに興じている小学生男子もたくさんいました。お昼も持参すれば、おでかけしても大したお金はかかりません♪

東京タワーと言えば、東京のシンボルです♡山手線なんかに乗って車内から外を見ると、東京タワーが見えることもあります。「あ！東京タワーだね」なんて、一度行ったことがある場合は子供もそんな風に言います。ボールプールのある遊び場だけでなく、東京の有名な観光地は社会や地理の勉強にもなるし、一石二鳥♪ごはんが食べられ、なんかのイベントもたいていやってますし、おみやげ買うのも楽しいし、意外とイイ♡乳幼児はタダだったりするので、安いのもいいですね～。

毛利衛さんが館長を務め、私が全人間の中で最も尊敬しているアイスランドの音楽家・Bjorkが「Biophiliaライブ」を行った場所です。（→まあ、そんなの気にしてるママさん、ほとんどいないと思いますけど、、）入館料は安く、年間パスポートも安いため、やはり年パス作っちゃいましたよ。うちの子は日本科学未来館の「おや？っこ広場」が大好きで、お絵描きしたのをスキャナーで取り込み、壁にふわふわ浮かせて遊ぶのを何度もやってキャッキャと喜んでました。昭和の遊びではないですよね、もう。さすがデジタルネイティブ！展示も、いろいろデジタルや未来のことを考えさせてくれるため、大人も楽しめる場所だと思います。
~お楽しみポイント～日本科学未来館で常設展のみの場合やコロナ禍では、正直、何度も行っている人はつまらないかもしれません。開いてない部屋もあるし、常設展はあまり変わり映えしないので。企画展が結構面白いので、企画展に合わせて行く方が、当たりはずれはなさそうです。（料金は少し高くなりますが）

珍しく旦那が、「ここ、はっちゃんに良さそうだよ」と教えてくれた子連れおでかけスポットです。本当に良かったです。安いし（ここ大事！）、理系になりそうだし（めっちゃアバウト！）。なんていうか、〇〇ランドみたいなミーハーな場所じゃなくても、子供はしっかりこんなに楽しめるんだよ～！というのを、思い知らされますよ。体感的な展示だからいいんでしょうね。これが、ただ見るだけなら小学生はつまらないかもしれません。とにかくオススメです、特に男の子に。

お台場ビーナスフォートの１階にある「アネビートリムパーク」♡。ここも、確か「いこーよ」というおでかけサイトで見つけたのですが、（遊具たくさんあるな！いいな！）と思い、子が３歳か４歳の時に初めて行きました。料金をケチるため最初は１時間にしようとしましたが、絶対ムリでｗ「もっと遊ぶ！」とせがまれ、いつも２時間コースです。トイレは子供用しかないのが難点ですが、ゴーカートにも乗れるし、安心して子供が身体を動かせる場所です。

「うちは女の子だし、レゴランドってどうかな？」と思いつつも、生協のキャンペーンで入場料が半額だったので、お友達ママさんと男の子と私たちの４人で子供が２歳の時に初めて行きました。その時は、暗闇を少し怖がったりしてました。しかしその後、子供が５歳～６歳で年パスを購入しましたが、本当によく遊びました。特に、ニンジャゴーのアスレチックにハマりにハマり、必ずあそこで鬼ごっこをします。あとは、車を作って走らせるコーナー。雨の日にも最適です。

超スーパーヒット＆ロングラン公演中の、劇団四季の「ライオンキング」。私は独身時代にC席と一度見たのですが、そこまで感動しなかったんです。他にもたくさんミュージカル見てましたが。しかし、コロナ禍でふと（子供にスカっと感動できるものを見せてあげたい！）と思い、母の分と合わせてS席でチケットを取りました。これが、ヨカッタ！けちらないで、良かったです。６歳の子供も78歳の母も４３歳（当時）の私も、大興奮！３時間もの長い上演時間でしたが、子供は食い入るように全集中して鑑賞していました。小学生にライオンキングは激しくオススメできます。

児童館にやたらサンリオピューロランドの割引券が置いてあり、ちょっと気になったので行ってみました。「多摩？！遠いわ～」と思ってましたが、行ってみちゃえば、そんなに遠くもなく。（駅からは地味に遠いと思ったけど）ディズニーみたいに、園内を歩き回る必要はなく、コンパクトかつ見どころもさほど多くはないため、半日くらいでサクっと楽しめます。なんといっても、ゆめかわの世界なので、女の子は好きでしょうね～♡パレードが良すぎて、感動レベルです。

子供ってポケモンだいすきですよね。私もそんなに好きではなかったのですが、はっちゃんが５歳くらいからプリキュア→ポケモンに移行しましたよ。そんで、ポケモンガオーレにもたくさん100円玉をつぎ込みました。ポケモンって、キャラクターと絵がいいですよね。映画も結構面白いし。私はアローラ時代のアニメが一番好きですね。ポケモンカフェも、予約を取るのが大変でした。結構高いし；でも、子供と行けた時は本当にうれしかったです。
Children love Pokemon, don’t they? I didn’t like it that much, but Hatchan changed from Pretty Cure to Pokemon when she was about 5 years old. Then, I put a lot of 100-yen coins into Pokemon Gaore. Pokemon has good characters and pictures. The movie is also quite interesting. I like anime from the Arora era the most. It was also difficult to make a reservation for Pokemon Cafe. It’s quite expensive; but I was really happy when I was able to go with my kids.

CAFESAYAは、知る人ぞ知る「鉱物カフェ」です。近所にあるのに、私は全然その存在を知りませんでした。しかし、ある時こどもの自由研究で「宝石の色がどうして違うのかをテーマにしたい」と難しいテーマを選びやがったので、急遽、鉱物の図鑑を買ったのです。その本の著者がこの「CAFESAYA」の店主・さとうさんです。
CAFESAYA is a “mineral cafe” known to those in the know. Despite being in the neighborhood, I didn’t know its existence at all. However, at one point, in a child’s independent study, I chose a difficult theme, “I want to make the theme of why the colors of gems are different,” so I hurriedly bought a mineral pictorial book. The author of the book is Mr. Sato, the owner of this “CAFE SAYA”.
