毎日、雨ですね。九州も関東も長引く雨で、何だか気持ちがへこたれそうです。普通であれば、子持ちのご家庭はこんな雨の中、おうちで大人しくスマホでも渡しておくのでしょうか。私は雨が降り出し４日目のこの日、（あ～！どっか行かないと身体にカビが生えそう！）という気分になり、しかし、雨なのでできるだけ近場で行けるところを探し、目白の「切手の博物館」に行くことにしました。

目白の切手の博物館。ホームページが何だかレトロで良い感じでした♡駅チカだし。というわけで、本日の「東京の小学生とおでかけ！」のテーマは、目白の切手の博物館です。

The event we participated in this time is a postage stamp picture and contest called “Kite ★ Mite ★ Kite 2021”.
切手博物館には自分が学生時代に高田馬場に住んでいたので、母と来たことがありました。その時は、ただ「珍しい切手が並んでいる綺麗な博物館」という印象だったのですが。子供を産んでから久々に切手の博物館のホームページ（https://kitte-museum.jp/）を見ると、なんだかすごくイベントを頑張っている博物館！という印象を持ちました。

①きて★みて★きってとは？

今回、私達が訪れたイベントは「きて★みて★きって★2021」という、どうやら毎年行われているらしい切手はり絵コンテストなんですよね。（コンテストに出さず、ただ切手はり絵をするだけでも可）３部完全入替制で、①10:30～12:30 ②12:45～14:45 ③15:00～17:00の一日３回実施中です。驚くことに、このイベントに参加するだけの場合は入場無料なんです。

３回目の１５時ぎりぎりに行ったため（⇒私達親子って、いっつも遅刻気味、、ｗ）、３階に行くのに少し迷ってしまいました。会場に着くと、何百種類もの切手が並んでいて、好きな切手をトレーに載せてはり絵を楽しめます。のりもハサミも会場に用意されています。「下絵は自分で描いてもいいですよ」との事でしたので、私はちょうど目の前にあった新聞の柔道の絵を描いてみましたｗこんな絵でも、古切手を20枚くらい使いましたよ。これでタダってすごい！また是非来て、もっとすごいの作りたいなあ～。

He said, “You can draw the sketch yourself,” so I drew a picture of judo in the newspaper that was right in front of me. Even in such a picture, I used about 20 old stamps. This is amazing for free! I want to come again and make something even more amazing.

この切手はり絵。夏休みの自由研究にも使えます！ってか、うちは使います！ありがとうございます、切手の博物館さま♪高いキットとか買わなくても、これでいいよ。いや、これがいいよ！切手という教育上良さそうな感じ。はり絵という、見た目ががんばってる感がする感じ。意外に貼る作業も楽しく、苦しくない感じ。お手軽な自由研究として（小１～小３くらいまで？）、パーフェクトじゃないですか！♪

切手の博物館の中には珍しい切手や可愛い切手がたくさん売っています。１階にショップがありますし、あとは「切手バザール」という、切手ののみの市みたいなイベントが年８回ほど開かれています。(⇒面白そう！）次回は、 2021年 9月11日(土)・12日(日)に開催予定です。

切手の博物館では、子供が楽しめる工夫が至るところに感じられます。イベントもそうですが、入館時にクイズラリーの紙を渡され、クイズに参加したら切手が１枚もらえるんです。うちは１５時に入館し、結局はり絵にドはまりしてクイズをしなかったんです。すると、受付嬢に「せっかくお越しいただいたので」と、切手をいただきました。切手の博物館さん、優しすぎる、、！

By the way, there is no glue on the back of the stamp and it is not a sticker. Four self-portrait stamps will be printed on the postcard.

切手の博物館の入場料は大人が２００円、子供が１００円です。目白駅の改札を出て右側に進むと、なぜか壁沿いに割引券が置いてありました。ほんの少しだけですが、安くなりますよ～。
