元々のあんぱんまんミューアジアムの土地の契約は定期借地だったんですね！なるほど、納得です。定期借地のが土地代安くなるもんね。

②移転しても最寄り駅は「新高島駅」のままです

とは言え、移転でどこか遠くに引っ越したわけではなく、最寄り駅は同じです。元の場所から２ブロック先ぐらいに移転しています。まあ、この辺（みなとみらい）はだだっ広いので２ブロック先でも土地は余ってたんすね～。

最寄り駅ですが、横浜駅からも徒歩１０分でアクセスできます。

横浜アンパンマンこどもミュージアムの入場料は、以前は子供（１歳以上）と大人で各1,500円でした。しかし、移転後からはそれぞれ７００円アップの2,200円に！
